Why is making a living such hard work?

Find the answers at Working to Live – now in Scotland for the first time!

Do you work to live or live to work? Do you get in a rut because of the day to day routine you find yourself in? Do you go to work, go home, go to bed and then get up and go to work again? How can you get more from life or find the right job for you?

These are just some of the questions that work-life balance expert David Oliver addresses at Working to Live – an event from national charity Care for the Family for all those who work, at any stage in their career.

David is a respected speaker in the business world and is associate director of the UK’s Marketing Guild and Senior Partner of Insight Marketing. David is also a much-travelled motivational speaker having trained more than 100,000 people and he has written six books.

"Work," says David, "should be fun and one of life’s passions – although the reality is that many of us don’t enjoy our jobs."
